Space Centre Australia’s launch sites led by the flagship Atakani Space Centre in Cape York are being developed to deliver world class spaceport infrastructure and ground based facility services supporting vertical launch, suborbital missions, and advanced aerospace operations.

With initial operations commencing post 2029, our facilities will offer comprehensive, ITAR compliant, and mission ready services for both commercial clients and government programs.

Vehicle Assembly and Launch Integration

Payload Processing and Handling

  • Fueling stations and hazardous materials compliance (CASA & ATF certified)

Range Safety and Flight Termination Systems

  • Autonomous and command-based FTS compliant with CASA, FAA, and international standards

  • Integrated airspace and maritime deconfliction protocols

  • Safety zones supported by long-range radar and ADS-B

Scalable for Global Missions

As a dual-hemisphere operator, Space Centre Australia’s infrastructure is designed for interoperability with NASA, ESA, JAXA, and emerging commercial launch ecosystems. All facilities will be Technology Safeguards Agreement (TSA) aligned and adaptable to allied program requirements.
